Having in mind to accomplish a workshop? Wanting to describe and analyse technical processes? Looking for a solution to a problem? Well, so you are right here.
Inside the Toolbox, you’ll find descriptions of a multitude of lean and change-Management tools often applied in the DB group. They should support you in your daily work, at the desktop, in project meetings or in a workshop.
In addition, some templates are provided to facilitate the application of the tools. For each tool, you’ll also find a specific application example of the DB group. You are able to download the tool comfortable as PDF-file. Furthermore, we have compiled some additional literature references and seminar recommendations.
In the course of the creation of the toolbox’s content, specialists from different units of the DB group as well as from the safety and quality management were involved and provided their practical expertise. The provision of the IT-platform as well as the administration and coordination of the CIP-Toolbox is done by DB Training. The toolbox is at free disposal to all employees of the DB group. In the section headed “FAQ”, you’ll find answers to the mostly posted questions. If you want to give us a feedback or to send an annotation for optimisation, please let us know. We’re looking forward to receiving your field report.
